McFadden didn’t use the corner tables that the players from other schools were using. SEC officials had him front and center.
With SEC Media Days upon us I’ll be running alot of stories from places around the SEC but I’ll do them with little more than a link in the body of the post unless I want to make note of something. I also would like to appologize for having the updates so few and far between. I’ve had a busy week and having it hit during media days has been a pain!
Thanks,

From ESPN.com…
Former Arkansas running backs coach Danny Nutt has received an encouraging report from doctors on the brain condition that led him to resign his position last week, Razorbacks head coach Houston Nutt said.
[snip]
“He got a good report,” Houston Nutt said. “There is no more fresh bleeding. So they want to wait two and a half or three weeks, go back and do another MRI or brain scan and decide then if they need surgery.”
Arkansas’ little secret is out. After a terrific showing at the under 19 World Championships, Patrick Beverley is now known worldwide as a legitimate star in the making.
This week’s From The Bench recalls the Great Stadium Debate and how Investment Banker Warren Stephens wanted to expand War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock if it had kept it’s third game.
A Leading Candidate
With Arkansas’ troubles, McFadden like a breath of fresh air.

From The Morning News:
Former Arkansas standout linebacker Danny Rhodes died late Sunday night when the motorcycle he was driving was struck by a car in southeast Texas. He was 56.
Rhodes is considered among the top linebackers to play for the Razorbacks, and he impressed coaches in the early 1970s with his size and ability to run from sideline to sideline to make a tackle.
J-Mee Samuels who had advanced to the finals in the Pan American Games finished sixth in the 100 meters Tuesday Night. Samuels will start competition as a member of the 4×100-meter relay Friday night with the prelims.
