Clint Stoerner, former quarterback (96-99) and current radio personality was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated early Saturday morning in Fayetteville. Stoerner was also charged with violation of implied consent, meaning he refused to take a blood, urine, or breathalyser test to determine his blood alcohol content.

Guess he is right refusing to take any test. DUI is a criminal offense, and it is much easier to defend this way
